School & Government Orders
A school or department Order Form should be emailed to orders@australianacademicpress.com.au including a return email address. Books will be dispatched after payment.

Delivery Times
All AAP titles not containing CDs or DVDs should be delivered from Melbourne, Australia to your address within 4 - 8 days(excluding Saturday & Sunday) after the day of your order (within Australia only). For Overseas orders times will vary depending on the country and can be up to 18 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays).

PLEASE NOTE: As a few titles are supplied from Brisbane, certain orders may involve split deliveries, with some books coming from Melbourne and others coming from Brisbane. If you receive a parcel without some ordered books please wait at least 3 days for the remaining books to arrive before contacting us with a missing delivery query.

FREIGHT COSTS: The minimum charge is $8.50 within Australia.
